Hi, I’m Adam. In 2021, I founded First Step Men’s Therapy with a deep passion and purpose: to meet the growing and urgent need for a dedicated space where men can prioritize their mental health.

Men often wait far too long for help - I wanted to change that. Since our inaugural day, 4000 men and their partners have taken the first step to mental and emotional freedom. I've handpicked a talented team of 25+ clinicians who work in many areas, including anger.

Anger can be a debilitating condition that affects your quality of life, relationships, and ability to function. But you don't have to suffer alone. Anger therapy can help you identify and manage the underlying causes of your anxiety, so you can regain control and live a more fulfilling life. While anger can be a normal, healthy emotion for some, for others it can lead to impaired functioning, difficulty in relationships, and trouble being present.
