Helping Men across Ontario - One Step at a Time
First Step Men's Therapy was established in 2021 with one purpose: to help men across Ontario develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Men often face a lot of stigma when seeking help. Often, men wait until their issues become out of control to reach out. It doesn't have to be this way!
Our journey is one of continuous growth, inspired by the courage of those who stepped through our doors seeking support. As we look ahead, our story evolves with each individual who joins us on this transformative expedition.
First Step Men's Therapy is more than a clinic; it's a living, breathing testament to resilience, compassion, and the unwavering belief that every man deserves a space to embark on a journey towards mental well-being.
Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you are starting a new journey, we are here to help.
We focus on treating the underlying issues that men often face silently. Whether you are struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, or any other mental health challenge, we aim to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for you to learn, heal, and grow.
Our goal is for you to achieve a level of self-awareness, reflection, and courage that you didn’t know existed within you. Not only can you achieve freedom from the issue that’s plaguing you, but also develop healthier tools and resources to live a more authentic, fulfilled, life.
If you are ready to take the first step and reach out, we are ready to welcome you!

Founder of First Step Men’s Therapy
I started First Step Men's Therapy in 2021 after recognizing through my own mental health journey a need to break the stigma of men seeking help. I wanted to create a space for men that was safe, authentic, and supportive for them to better understand themselves and the world around them.
