Scott Buck

Registered Psychotherapist

I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can speak openly and be met with respect — without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you make sense of what you’re dealing with while moving toward real, meaningful change.

We’ll work together to build trust and create an environment where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface — whether that’s stress, frustration, disconnection, or something harder to put into words. I meet you where you are, at a pace that feels manageable, while also offering honest perspective and thoughtful challenge when it’s helpful.

I bring a strong clinical foundation to our work, balancing empathy with directness. The goal isn’t just to talk — it’s to help you gain clarity, build resilience, strengthen your relationships, and feel more in control of your life.

Many men I work with come in feeling:

  • Stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, or pressure to “keep it together”

  • Disconnected from themselves, their emotions, or a clear sense of direction

  • Struggling in relationships — through conflict, distance, or difficulty communicating

  • Impacted by past experiences that continue to show up in how they react, relate, or cope

Together, we focus on understanding these patterns and developing practical ways forward — so you can show up more confidently, feel more grounded, and build a life that aligns with who you want to be.
