Affordable Therapy Program
Many men reach a point where pushing through and figuring things out alone no longer works. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or carrying something that is difficult to put into words. I offer a space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing—without judgment or pressure—and where we can work together to better understand the challenges you are facing.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. When working with addiction and substance use, I also use motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and harm reduction strategies.
I primarily work with men aged 18 and older experiencing anxiety, stress, depression and low mood, anger and irritability, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, loneliness, relationship challenges, addiction and substance use, compulsive sexual behaviour and pornography use, and life transitions. I also support men navigating masculinity, work pressures, relationships, and life expectations. I have previous experience working in a corporate setting and with addiction related to alcohol, drugs, and video games.
As an immigrant to Canada from a culturally diverse background, I have a deep respect for diversity and the experiences that shape each person’s life. I also speak fluent Spanish.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
