Affordable Therapy Program
I primarily work with men who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or the pressures of school, work, or life transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity.
I work with adults (18+), including students and professionals, who are navigating emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, as well as unhelpful thinking patterns and behavioural challenges like low motivation. I also support individuals experiencing relational difficulties related to communication and connection. I aim to make therapy more approachable for men by creating a space where it feels easier to open up and work through challenges in a way that is genuine, empathetic and practical.
My approach is holistic and client-centred, with a focus on understanding the broader context of your experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while grounding my work in a humanistic perspective. Together, we will explore your internal experiences and patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals and values.
For some, starting therapy can feel intimidating. I strive to create an environment that is authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental, where you feel supported as you explore what matters most to you at your own pace.
In addition to my training in psychotherapy, I have a background in kinesiology and disability management. This informs my understanding of how physical health, stress, and occupational demands can impact overall well-being. I am especially drawn to working with individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, or barriers to functioning, and supporting clients in developing sustainable strategies to navigate these challenges.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active. I’m an avid golfer and a die-hard hockey fan, and I value the role that movement, connection, and time to recharge play in maintaining overall well-being.
