Making the decision to come to therapy is a powerful choice to prioritize your well-being, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey. I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. Many of the men I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, or lonely, and often find it difficult to talk about what they’re going through. Together, we work through experiences such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, relationship challenges, family conflict, work stress, and burnout. In couples counselling, I support partners who may be struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or caught in recurring patterns of conflict.

My approach is neurodiverse, trauma-informed, and queer affirming. Grounded in Gestalt therapy, my work integrates experiential, somatic, and relational modalities that emphasize the interconnectedness of mind and body. I view psychological difficulties—such as anxiety, depression, and trauma—through an embodied awareness of the present moment, supporting clients in deepening self-understanding and connection. Rooted in the principles of Gestalt Psychotherapy, I aim to meet people with curiosity rather than a focus on change, allowing growth to emerge naturally through awareness and compassion.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating autism and the lasting impact of trauma. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your experiences safely, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more grounded and authentic way of being.
