Many men seek therapy when they're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or unsure of their next step. Reaching out can feel difficult, especially if you've been carrying things on your own. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change.
I take a collaborative, practical approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build greater self-understanding, and develop effective strategies to help you move forward. My goal is to help you reduce distress, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change that aligns with what matters most to you.
My clinical training in hospital and primary care settings emphasized comprehensive assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based care. While my practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I integrate approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and practical problem-solving to meet your individual needs.
I don't see therapy as becoming "fixed" or eliminating difficult emotions. It's about understanding yourself more fully, responding to life's challenges with greater flexibility, and building a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
