I know that reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps a man can take. My work is focused on helping men navigate the challenges that life puts in front of us—whether that’s struggling with depression, carrying anxiety, recovering from trauma, or feeling lost during a big transition. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re going through, and walk alongside you as you move toward a healthier, more balanced life.

In sessions, I offer a down-to-earth, practical approach rooted in Solution-Focused Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy. This means we’ll work together to uncover what’s weighing you down, find strategies that actually fit your life, and build the skills you need to handle stress and emotions in a way that feels right for you.

Before becoming a therapist, I served as an infantry soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces. That experience taught me firsthand how heavy pressure can feel, how important trust and resilience are, and how isolating it can be when you think you have to carry everything on your own. I bring that perspective, along with my academic background in psychology and justice, into my work with men every day.

I strive to create a space where you don’t have to perform or prove yourself—where you can be real, honest, and heard without judgment. Together, we can challenge the outdated messages about masculinity that may be holding you back, and help you discover a stronger, more authentic version of yourself.

If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
