Associate Therapist

Registered Psychotherapist

In-Person (Ottawa) and Online

I'm honored to be a part of your journey towards healing and self-discovery. With a compassionate and curious approach, I navigate the unique landscapes of my clients' lives, embracing the challenges and triumphs that define their personal narratives.

My practice is characterized by a delicate balance between addressing immediate needs and delving into the origins of issues, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the paths that have led you to this moment.

In the therapeutic space I hold for my clients, empathy and understanding are foundational. I see each individual through the lens of their best selves, supporting their growth through a variety of therapeutic interventions. Working with a diverse range of ages and stages, I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each person who walks through my door.

I embrace uncomfortable yet crucial conversations, exploring topics such as sex and sexuality, approaches to parenting, addictions, compulsive behaviors, spirituality, families, boundaries, and self-care. By openly addressing these aspects of life, I create a safe environment for healing, growth, and transformation. I warmly welcome individuals to bring their faith and religion into our therapeutic space, recognizing the profound impact these aspects can have on one's well-being.

I look forward to joining you on your journey, providing a supportive space where we can explore, learn, and build the foundation for a brighter and more fulfilling future together.
