Seeking therapy often begins when something no longer feels sustainable. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, addiction, gambling or technology use, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck despite your best efforts. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to face it alone.
Many people continue meeting the demands of work, school, and family while quietly carrying an invisible weight. Therapy offers a space where you can set that burden down—without judgment, pressure, or the need to pretend everything is okay. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) providing psychotherapy to adults, with clinical experience in both hospital and community mental health settings. I am also completing a PhD in Social Work at York University, where my research focuses on psychotherapy, mental health, and how people make meaning of their experiences.
My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Rather than seeing you as a diagnosis, I focus on understanding you as a whole person—your experiences, relationships, strengths, and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, systems theory, and person-centred approaches, tailoring treatment to your unique needs.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use and behavioural addictions, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity exploration, and concerns related to the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Whether your goal is to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, or develop healthier ways of coping, therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you build greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation where we can discuss what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
