I work with men who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, often under the weight of stress, anger, or constant pressure to hold everything together. Many feel on edge, shut down, irritable, or like they’re running on autopilot while managing work, relationships, and expectations. Some are navigating burnout, relationship strain, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences they’ve never had space to process. They may not always have the words for what’s going on, but they know something isn’t right.
My role is to help men slow things down, understand what’s happening internally, and develop practical tools to feel more grounded, steady, and in control. My approach is calm, collaborative, and pressure-free, creating a steady and respectful space where men aren’t pushed to talk before they’re ready. I use an integrative approach tailored to the individual, drawing from CBT, nervous system regulation, somatic work, IFS, and mindfulness rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions are conversational and goal-oriented, balancing insight with tools that support everyday life.
I specialize in working with men dealing with trauma, stress, anger, burnout, and emotional shutdown. Many of the men I support are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or the ongoing impact of past experiences that continue to show up in daily life. I’m particularly well suited to men in high-pressure roles who are used to pushing through and carrying a lot on their own.
