Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I work with men who are feeling overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of direction. This can show up as stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, anger, self-doubt, or feeling like you are not performing or showing up in life the way you want to. Some men come in wanting to better understand themselves, while others are looking for support in managing the pressure to have everything figured out. If you feel stuck between where you are and where you think you should be, I understand how this period of life can often feel lonely, even when things look fine on the outside.

My approach is collaborative and draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we will work on identifying unhelpful patterns, building practical skills, and strengthening emotional regulation and resilience.

Whether you are navigating a transition, caught in perfectionism and the pressure to “do it all,” or struggling to find motivation in your days, therapy can help you step back and make sense of it. We will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, build awareness of the patterns driving you, and help you feel more effective in your day-to-day life.

The goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel understood and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges. We will work toward a more grounded and intentional way of living by building clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of alignment, helping you move forward in a way that feels steady and meaningful.
