First Step Men's Therapy Father's Day Baseball Giveaway – Official Contest Rules
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
​
Employees, contractors, interns, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of First Step Men's Therapy are not eligible to participate.
​
No purchase, payment, consultation, psychotherapy service, or other service is required to enter or win.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
To enter during the Contest Period:

Leave a comment on the giveaway post on someone who you would love to bring to the game
Contest closes June 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @firststepmenstherapy.

Maximum of one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry per person.
​
Entries generated by script, automation, bots, or other automated means are prohibited and may be disqualified.
FSMT reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive both:
Four (4) tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays regular-season game

One (1) Toronto Blue Jays Shop and Concessions Gift Card valued at $200 CAD
The total approximate retail value of the prize package is
$1,000 CAD.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

No substitutions are permitted except at FSMT's sole discretion. FSMT reserves the right to substitute all or part of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
​
The winner is responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to transportation, parking, accommodations, meals, beverages beyond the gift card amount, and personal expenses.
Winner Selection
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The draw will take place on or about June 22, 2026.
​
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
​
The selected entrant will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message using the account used to enter the Contest.
​
The selected entrant must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial contact attempt.
​
If the selected entrant:

Cannot be reached;
-
Does not respond within 48 hours;

Is found to be ineligible; or
-
Fails to comply with these Contest Rules,

FSMT may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by FSMT.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Delivery
The winner will receive instructions regarding the delivery or transfer of the tickets and gift card following confirmation of eligibility.
FSMT is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or misdirected prize deliveries.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that FSMT may use the winner's first name, city of residence, photograph (if voluntarily provided), and statements relating to the Contest for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless First Step Men's Therapy, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
FSMT is not responsible for:

Technical failures;

Lost, incomplete, delayed, or corrupted entries;

Internet or platform outages;

Unauthorized intervention;

Human error in Contest administration; or
-
Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Contest.
Right to Modify or Cancel
FSMT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
By participating, entrants completely release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any liability related to this Contest.

Governing Law
This Contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
