Hi, I’m Adam. In 2021, I founded First Step Men’s Therapy with a deep passion and purpose: to meet the growing and urgent need for a dedicated space where men can prioritize their mental health.
Men often wait far too long for help - I wanted to change that. Since our inaugural day, 4000 men and their partners have taken the first step to mental and emotional freedom. I've handpicked a talented team of 25+ clinicians who work in many areas, including trauma.

Couples counselling gives you the opportunity to step out of old patterns and learn healthier ways of connecting. In our sessions, your therapist will guide structured conversations that allow each partner to share openly while also listening more effectively.
