Hi, I’m Adam. In 2021, I founded First Step Men’s Therapy with a deep passion and purpose: to meet the growing and urgent need for a dedicated space where men can prioritize their mental health.

Men often wait far too long for help - I wanted to change that. Since our inaugural day, 4000 men and their partners have taken the first step to mental and emotional freedom. I've handpicked a talented team of 25+ clinicians who work in many areas, including ADHD.
