** Not Accepting New Clients **

I help men develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Clients that I work with struggle with their relationships, compulsive sexual behaviour, and inability to find lasting peace within themselves. I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. Using a variety of tools, including the CSAT 30-task based model, I help men work through their behaviours and get to the root of the issue(s). I am also trained and certified in the Finding Peace model, a framework for helping clients to overcome attachment wounds, reduce shame, and find healthier ways to connect with themselves and others.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship so they can move forward with ease.
