Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am a dedicated professional on a mission to help individuals overcome some of life's most challenging hurdles. With a passion for guiding people through the complexities of substance use, addiction, anxiety, depression, anger, and life transition stress, I have honed my expertise in various therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive support and healing.

My primary focus is to empower men by helping them become acutely aware of their emotional patterns and understand how these patterns influence their perceptions, experiences, and behaviors. Through this self-awareness journey, I guide them in rediscovering their inherent strengths while equipping them with healthy coping strategies to find relief and create tangible, positive outcomes.

My clients experience a transformational journey that leads to several significant outcomes:

Emotional Regulation: Clients gain the skills to regulate their emotions effectively, providing a greater sense of control and stability in their lives.

Personal Freedom: Through self-discovery and awareness, individuals attain a greater sense of personal and emotional freedom.

Informed Decision-Making: Becoming more aware of their internal experiences enables clients to make better decisions aligned with their highest values.

Self-Compassion and Drive: Clients learn to be more compassionate with themselves without sacrificing their enthusiasm and drive to accomplish their dreams and desired outcomes.

Improved Relationships: My guidance helps individuals form better relationships with themselves and others.

Increased Self-Value: Clients develop an enhanced sense of self-value and self-respect.

Resilience and Confidence: My therapeutic approach fosters increased resiliency and confidence in clients.

I bring a wealth of experience to my practice, including:

● Over a decade of volunteering with a non-profit organization focused on young adults' mental health and spirituality integration.

● Facilitating cold water exposure experiences designed to help individuals regulate their nervous systems, increase mental resilience, and practice mindfulness.

● Knowledge of a range of issues, including substance use, pornography, masturbation, anger, communication, depression, anxiety, and life

stress/transitions.

● Client-Centered Approach: I tailor my therapy to meet each client's unique needs, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Humanistic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic (NLP), Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Brief (SFBT), and Strength-Based approaches.

With my experience, compassionate approach, and diverse therapeutic toolkit, I am dedicated to guiding individuals towards a brighter, more fulfilling future. My mission is to help my clients not only overcome their challenges but also discover their true potential for happiness and growth.
