I’ve been on a meaningful journey as a therapist for more than 15 years now. My passion lies in helping men navigate life’s ups and downs and find their way to a happier, healthier place. 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing various challenges like addiction, mental health struggles, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Yet, my heart has a special place for supporting men in their unique battles and guiding them towards personal growth and healthier relationships. I understand the importance of addressing the specific concerns and needs that men may encounter in today’s world. 

In my work, I primarily lean on a cognitive-behavioral framework. This approach empowers individuals to recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. But here’s the thing, I also have a knack for weaving in elements of philosophy, art, spirituality, and even religion into the therapeutic process. It’s all about offering a holistic approach to healing that aligns with my clients’ beliefs and values. 

In my current role as a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist working with individuals on probation/legal system, I’ve gained extensive experience in addressing complex issues. These include sexual offenses, addiction (alcohol and drugs), anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of relationship challenges. I approach my work using a cognitive-behavioral and “good life model” framework, guiding individuals towards a life filled with purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.
