RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Intern Therapist

M.A. Candidate

I understand the nuances of the male experience, including mental health struggles, career pressures, difficulty with emotional expression and regulation, intimate relationship challenges, and the journey toward personal fulfillment. I offer a non-judgemental, safe container for my clients to be seen and heard. I support them in cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion.

My therapeutic style integrates many approaches, including person-centered therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. My journey into psychotherapy was inspired by my studies in cultural anthropology, my exploration across world religions and spiritual traditions, and over 15 years of mindfulness and Vipassana meditation practice.

These experiences enrich my therapeutic work, allowing me to offer a culturally sensitive and holistic perspective that is respectful of all belief systems and worldviews. As a certified Yoga teacher, artist, and entrepreneur, I am empathetic to the challenges of spiritual, creative, and professional pursuits that many men face.

Volunteering as a Kids Help Phone crisis responder has honed my ability to connect with empathy and understanding. I bring these skills to every session. I am here to form meaningful alliances with my clients and aim to offer care and empowerment. I would be honoured to work with you.
