Hi, I’m Sarah. I work with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of depression, anxiety, or emptiness, struggling to find meaning or connection in their lives. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of betrayal trauma, battling guilt, coping with chronic stress, or trying to rebuild confidence, I understand how isolating and overwhelming these challenges can feel.
Together, we’ll create a safe and trusting space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. I’ll help you uncover the underlying patterns and strengths within your story, identify what truly matters to you, and reshape unhelpful perceptions to build a more adaptive and fulfilling outlook. Along the way, we’ll practice relational skills and strategies that empower you to engage with the world and the people in your life more effectively.
Through our work, clients often develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique motivations. Many discover newfound clarity, confidence, and tools to navigate relationships and triggers more effectively. Most importantly, they leave with a sense of direction and fulfillment that aligns with their authentic values.
If you’re ready to move forward, I’m here to support you every step of the way
