Having experience supporting men through their unique challenges has helped me understand the demands many men face in their individual, family, and professional lives. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help, and I am glad you have taken this step. Together we can work to identify unmet needs, and communication and relationship difficulties while working to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger, body image and self-esteem. Having someone to discuss personal and professional transitions with can be quite helpful, and I would be grateful to help support you through these periods in your life.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where men can come to share and express their experiences and emotions. I understand how challenging it can be to find a space where you feel seen and understood, and it is my goal to help you feel comfortable and safe to explore your unique needs. I utilize an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as person-centred therapy, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs, goals, and preferences.
Together we will work toward becoming “unstuck”. By exploring communication strategies, building success and momentum, and utilizing the strengths you already possess we will move forward toward the life you are seeking. We will work together to build success and momentum, helping you develop a deep sense of purpose and confidence to face life’s challenges as they arise.
