Welcome! I'm Matt, a compassionate male therapist dedicated to helping men navigate life's challenges and find their inner strength. With a deep understanding of the unique issues men face, I am here to provide a safe space where you can explore your emotions, express your concerns, and embark on a transformative journey towards personal growth. 

In a world where societal expectations and stereotypes can weigh heavily on men, it's crucial to have a supportive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. As a therapist specializing in men's mental health, I am committed to fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. 

I’m offering a natural, relaxed, and welcoming space for you to talk about depression and anxiety, life/work stress, relationships, LGBTQ+ identities, men's issues, minority stress, grief and loss, life transitions, and stuff that is holding you back or getting you stuck. We’ll go at whatever pace suits you best, using approaches tailored to match 

your goals. 

Expect a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings with compassion and curiosity. My work is integrative, collaborative, queer-affirming, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. You don't need to do this alone. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
