Many men struggle with relationships, including the one with themselves. I work with clients who may be struggling with low self-esteem, poor self-confidence, difficulty in forming and maintaining relationships, and facing life transitions. 

You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or challenges in communicating with others. Using a variety of therapeutic frameworks to support clients in building a strong sense of self, identifying strengths and equipping you with the tools needed to maintain well-being and a healthy sense of self.

In our work together, you will build a firm understanding of who you are that supports you in feeling confident and knowing your self-worth. Through our work together, you will learn and grow and establish a better relationship with yourself and others.

​Credentials and Qualifications:​

  • Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) - College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario #13265

  • Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (in progress) - Yorkville University

 

** Micheal receives clinical supervision on a weekly basis with a College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) Clinical Supervisor as part of his on-going training.
