Adrian Brown

Registered Psychotherapist (RP)

As a therapist, my aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I approach each session with a sense of openness and curiosity, listening deeply to your story while honoring the unique experiences that have shaped you. Whether you're seeking to build new skills, gain clarity, or reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel lost, I am here to walk alongside you on that journey. I believe in the power of collaboration and trust your intuition to guide us toward what feels most important in your healing process.

I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, blending elements of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy. My work is rooted in compassion and a genuine desire to help you find meaning and growth, especially during times of difficulty. I specialize in working with men’s issues, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and attachment concerns, always with a focus on creating hope, fostering change, and supporting your well-being. I don't promise quick fixes, but I do offer a space of warmth, authenticity, and understanding.

In our work together, my goal is to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. I recognize that healing takes time, and I approach therapy with patience and respect for where you are in your process. Whether you're navigating challenges with relationships, identity, or managing the weight of stress and emotions, we will work at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that real, lasting change comes from within, and I’m committed to helping you discover the strengths and resources you already possess. Above all, my hope is to foster a connection that allows you to feel empowered, supported, and capable of moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
